Vanaya.ai uses third-party platforms to enhance analytics features through a whitelabel scheme, meaning these platforms are integrated seamlessly, displaying only Vanaya.ai branding during user interactions.
Specifically, we utilize:
- Face Analytics (powered by Morphcast) – analyzing microexpressions
- Speech-to-Text Analytics (powered by Kata.ai) – analyzing speech content
Please note: Even though you interact with a Vanaya-branded interface, your data (such as facial expressions and audio recordings) is still processed and securely stored by these third-party services, following their security standards and policies.

4. Sharing Responsibility with Third Parties
Vanaya.ai retains responsibility for protecting your data as long as it remains within our systems. When transferred to Morphcast or Kata.ai (our third-party whitelabel partners), these parties assume data protection responsibilities based on their own security practices and privacy policies. Vanaya.ai has contractual agreements to ensure they adhere to internationally recognized standards of data protection and privacy.
5. Purpose of Data Processing
