2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You have not received access to the service or subscription purchased.
  • There are technical issues on our end that prevent usage of the service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time (5 business days).
  • You made a duplicate payment or were charged multiple times for the same subscription.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase or subscription activation.
  • Failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
  • Dissatisfaction due to expectations not aligned with service descriptions or demos.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team within 7 days of the original transaction date. Provide the following details:

  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle unless eligibility conditions are met.
